Bathroom Remodeling

It’s fairly typical for homeowners not to have a clear idea of how much an image online would cost in their particular application. We try to align your goals, needs, and expectations with a budget that’s grounded, transparent, and smart. Then we see what your maximum comfort zone for spending is, and that leaves us with some wiggle room for surprises. Things like mold, water damage, old plumbing, ventilation, permit/inspection fees, can be some hidden costs to keep in mind.

If you come to us and tell us you want to remodel your bathroom, we’re going to plan everything out with you before ever breaking ground on the project. We make sure to ask what exactly you want to remodel, we get to a point where we understand your visions and goals, and then we create a plan and a budget.

Our desire is to see you settled with a bathroom that’s both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Typical Timeline for a Bathroom Remodel

Most of our projects take anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks. This, of course, depends on the size, scope, and complexity of the project. The timeline is also subject to delays such as permit or inspection delays, hidden structural or plumbing issues, material delays, changes in the middle of the project, and so on.

Here’s an example of one of our projects from start to finish:

A homeowner wanted a remodel, but wasn’t sure exactly what. She just knew she wanted a more modern update. We started by asking what she liked/disliked and if she had any photos she liked online. After some ideas, we put together a proposal that included a light gray and white palette with matte black fixtures, a walk-in shower, a floating vanity, and two tall storage towers. We gave her curated material choices instead of overwhelming her with options that fit her style and budget. We made some changes that she picked out, and in the end, she loved their bathroom.
